Max Sall, Sales Representative 

Max Sall joined Eagle Associates in 2026, and serves as the Sales Representative for Central and Western Upstate New York. Max brings over 20 years of experience in the furniture and kitchen industry to Eagle Associates. His well-rounded perspective is shaped by both design and hands-on execution. 

Since 2021, Max’s focus has been on supporting and advancing designer success through thoughtful design and technical guidance. This work has been especially rewarding, allowing him to contribute as a collaborative partner while continuing to learn and grow alongside the designers and industry partners he supported, most recently as Designer Engagement Specialist for Candlelight Cabinetry. Previously, Max founded and operated a boutique cabinetry firm in New York City, where Max gained experience across every stage of the process, from 3D modeling and fabrication to installation and business operations.

Outside of kitchens and cabinetry, Max’s passions are golfing, skiing, cooking and spending time with his daughter. Max and his family reside in Rochester, New York and appreciate everything the state has to offer, from the energy of the Big Apple to the beauty of the Finger Lakes and the Adirondack Mountains.
